Here we have an incomplete list of some of the 100+ property transactions – chalets, apartments, plots and houses – that we have personally closed over the past 25 years on behalf of the sellers. Every single transaction includes among others the search of potential buyers, the due diligence of their buying power and of the willingness of purchase as well as the negotiation for the highest possible buying price for the sellers.
Many of the transaction took place in moment of so-called crisis, if there should be people who would like to believe in this vague terminology. We don’t!
